BUYER FAQ

Before you request
a quotation.

What plate information should I provide?01

Required size, thickness, surface finish, quantity, intended application and target timing. Add a drawing when the plate needs a cut profile, holes or defined geometry.

Which standard sizes are available?02

Standard formats include 400 × 500 mm, 500 × 600 mm and 1000 × 1200 mm. Ask about a custom format when these do not fit the project.

What thickness and surface options can I request?03

The stated thickness range is 0.2–60 mm. Surface choices include matte twill, glossy twill, matte plain and glossy plain, with custom patterns discussed against requirements.

Can I submit a drawing or request a sample?04

Yes. The RFQ accepts PDF, STEP, STP, DXF, DWG, PNG and JPG files up to 10 MB, and includes a field to indicate whether a sample is needed first.
